Something New

I'll be honest, I had begun one of my "resolutions" before I wrote my resolutions post.
This weekend I did something I've never done before, I went to an ice hockey game.
My mom (who is from Detroit) got my dad (who is from Philadelphia) tickets to a Detroit Red Wings/Philadelphia Flyers hockey game for Christmas and Jus, Banan & I got to tag along.

And so we went.
We went to cheer on our mom's Red Wings and our dad's Flyers.
And it turns out hockey is a hundred million times better in person than on tv.
And it turns out that my dad didn't get beaten up for wearing a Flyers shirt in Detroit (it probably helped that Philly won).

    so jealous! i've only been to one red wings game and i was WAY up high.

    I have never been to a hockey game--hopefully that changes soon.

    It totally is better in person, the atmosphere is way better. On tv, I get bored of it so easily :)

    oh goodness, welcome to the addiction! we love hockey in my house and there's almost always a Caps game on my TV. GO CAPS!
