Well.......

you knew it was coming and I knew it was coming, another lame post about how I feel bad I'm not blogging.
I know it'll sound like I'm full of excuses, but life is crazy right now. We've been celebrating Jus's birthday, enjoying our first month of marriage, trying to get rid of one house and into the other. We've been working more, eating at home less, and toying with the idea of getting another dog (I know, we're nuts).
When we bought our first house we were planning on living here for a while and long story short it turns out the housing market isn't good enough for us to sell so Jus & I are going to be landlords for a while.
We've been spending a lot of time at the new house working on the master bedroom, trying to get it ready for us to live there so we can immerse ourselves in the craziness that is our new home.
I think I grossly underestimated the amount of work that was needed to make our new house comfy. (I promise I have pictures to show you but I left my camera at the new house!)
I can't tell you how sad it makes me to not be blogging. I started Adventures in Love & Happiness at a time that I was feeling bad for myself because I didn't have many friends, when I started this blog I found so many amazing women that I've loved getting to know. Lately Jus & I have been making more friends and have been so much busier that it breaks my heart to neglect my blog & all of my blog friends.
I've decided to make a commitment to blog every day between Monday (the 15th) and Christmas I will blog every day.
Even on Sundays.
Even on the days when I'm so tired that I'm ready to fall asleep.
Even on the days when Jus is hogging the computer.
It might not be much, maybe just a picture or a joke or a story, but I need to get back into the swing of things. If you're a less consistent blogger than you'd like to be leave a comment and we can hold each other accountable.
And since I feel bad for disappearing for so long I thought I'd share a picture that our wedding photographer took this weekend. She hosted a workshop and asked Jus & I to be her models and lucky for us we were able to get some great shots in our house!
