Happy Friday! I don't know about you, but I am so excited it's the weekend, this past week I feel like life has steamrolled me and I haven't been able to keep up. I know I've missed a ton of blog posts and I promise, I'll try to do a better job next week!
This weekend will be spent celebrating my wonderful mom. Today is her birthday and she deserves a wonderful day.
I'm incredibly excited about this week's Vlog Friday topic, I have a feeling my high school self & my current self would have one heck of a conversation about how my life has turned out.

I definitely didn't think I'd be working in a cancer hospital and carrying around organs all day but I love my job!
wow i can't even remember what i wanted to do or be when i was in high school. all i can remember is that i wanted to go to Oz so I worked for a year after high school and then went and lived in Oz for a year. and i wanted to get married by 25 but that happened at 23 which i was totally fine with! get better (you still seem a little sick)
About the only thing I was right about is that I'd be married at this point in my life NOTHING else was as I thought it'd be!
It's kind of funny, because I am kinda of on the path I predicted! You'll have to watch :)
I know your illness sucked but I could not Imagine how sad it would be if you lived in a big city away from us!
I'll have to watch when I get home! I totally failed to vlog this week. Lol
It's crazy how things can change so much. I always say the same thing: You can't plan ANYTHING! We planned to have a 3rd child and we tried and tried to get pregnant and it didn't happen after a year and right at the year mark we suddenly had 2 kids at once out of the blue. It's funny how things work out :)
We both were going to be journalists! CRAZY! Clearly, we should have met in college and lived in Chicago or New York together.
And oy vey to the no planning. GoodNESS.

Isn't it funny how life works out? So many of us are doing things we swore we'd never do.
