I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and that you were able to celebrate Mother's Day with all of the wonderful mothers in your life. Jus & I were lucky enough to spend time with both of our mothers and had lots of fun.
I thought I'd start this week with the Slightly Stylish I missed last week since it included some of my favorite outfits, I'll be back later in the day with this week's Slightly Stylish.
Lately I feel like I have been hitting a fashion wall. I'm tired of everything in my closet and feel like I wear the same old boring stuff every single day. Two weeks ago I finally gave up and put together an outfit that I normally would never wear but it worked, so I was happy.
dress: old navy shirt: boutique in san diego
leggings: jules boutique scarf: forever 21
belt: thrifted shoes: nine west
Later that week I found myself actually wanting to wear jeans (odd, I know) so I threw on some jeans and topped it with a belted cardigan. Stop by tomorrow to see how I made this darling bow belt.
sweater & jeans: old navy shoes: target
tank & purse: jules boutique
belt: a tie jus wore as a groomsman
Finally, I was feeling stuck (again) when we headed to friends for a party. Luckily I hadn't worn the thrifted dress I had transformed and I had to pair it with some colored tights for fun.
dress & belt: thrifted
tights: kohls boots: target
How do you get through style roadblocks?

Ugh, none of my stuff seems at all summery. It's making me sad. I need a new wardrobe!
