I realize it's been practically eons and I don't have a good excuse except to say that we've been busy. Busy with life, busy with the Behemoth. And being busy is exhausting, so I've also been busy sleeping.
We've got some exciting things going on around the Behemoth (still no kitchen) and I promise I'll be back to update you on our lives & the Behemoth.
